Swati Hotels – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Applicable for all reservations made through swatihotels.com, direct calls, walk-ins, or partner platforms.)

1. General Terms

  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • A valid government ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.


2. Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made through our official website, reservation team, or verified travel partners.

  • A valid mobile number and email address are required to confirm the booking.

  • For certain dates (festive seasons, long weekends, events), full advance payment may be required.


3. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made online via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or at the hotel (if allowed under the booking plan).

  • Taxes will be applicable as per government regulations.

  • Special promotional rates, discounted tariffs, or package deals may require full non-refundable advance payment.


4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room tariff.

Same-Day or No-Show

  • If the guest does not arrive (no-show), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

  • No partial refunds apply in case of no-show.

Group Bookings (3 or more rooms)

  • Group bookings require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation.

  • Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

Peak Season / High-Demand Dates

(Christmas, New Year, Diwali, trade fairs, etc.)

  • No free cancellation applicable during peak seasons unless clearly mentioned on the booking confirmation.

  • Cancellations will result in full retention.


5. Modification Policy

  • Reservation dates may be changed once, subject to availability.

  • Rate differences (if any) will apply.

  • Modifications are not allowed within 24 hours of check-in except at the hotel’s discretion.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only.

  • Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Bookings made under non-refundable rates, last-minute deals, or promotional tariffs are not eligible for refunds.


7. Early Check-Out

  • In case of early departure, the entire stay amount may be charged as per the booking plan.

  • Refunds are not applicable for unused room nights.


8. Hotel Rights

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, overbooking, safety reasons).

  • In such cases, a full refund or alternate accommodation of similar standard will be provided.
